False sex allegations are an English government policy.
The only way of getting close to a fair trial in an English court of law is money. Around 500 thousand pounds.
For the rest of us it’s legal aid, which amounts to £1.500 no matter how long the trial lasts.
Few solicitors can afford to do the necessary work for such a small amount.
At the time of writing the UK government is looking to reduce this amount.
So, it’s up to your friends and family to do the research into what was said to get a conviction!!
Remember the complainant requires no evidence while you must provide evidence that the allegations are false.
