The Typical British Judge

Two Questions?

Why doesn't Britain have a           CONSTITUTION?

Why doesn't UK courts have video    cameras recording procedures?

Lets find out

A constitution is a set of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is governed.[1] These rules together make up, i.e. constitute, what the entity is. When these principles are written down into a  single document or set of legal documents, those documents may be said  to embody a written constitution; if they are written down in a single comprehensive document, it is said to embody a codified constitution. Some constitutions (such as the constitution of the United Kingdom) are uncodified, but written in numerous fundamental Acts of a legislature, court cases or treaties

No president can unilaterally alter, rewrite, or amend the Constitution. What presidents, as the head of the executive branch, are able to do is direct how laws pertaining to constitutional rights are to be enforced, via executive orders. For example, former President Barack Obama couldn't rewrite the Second  Amendment, but he could take executive action on firearm licensing  requirements and background checks for gun purchases.

Lets look at the American constitution. See full (USA) constitution click

The First Amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free  exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the  right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The Second Amendment gives citizens the right to bear arms.

Once a CONSTITUTION is made it cannot be changed.

The lack of a British constitution means the law can be changed on a whim! As we have seen many times in the UK by a judge.

Therefore without a constitution the law today (UK) can be changed tomorrow. Often to please government or cover up corrupt judges and practices!

We in Britain have seen our once freedom of speech eroded over a short period of time. Now! We are at the point of thought crimes! Roll Over Orwell.

Joint enterprise law wrongly interpreted for 30 years, Supreme Court rules

The law which has allowed people to be convicted of murder even if they did not inflict the fatal blow has been wrongly interpreted for more than 30 years, the Supreme Court has ruled. OH fuck!!!! silly billies

TV cameras to be allowed in English and Welsh Crown Courts. BUT ONLY FOR SENTENCING!!!

Judges do NOT want the public to witness the corruption that goes on in English Courts. Defendants cannot obtain video of the court proceedings after they have been stitched up. SSSSHHHHH keep it in the family! Even getting the court transcripts is difficult. They cost a fortune. Then after a few years they are destroyed. British justice ‘give me a break’.

For the pleasure of being tried in a British court judges DEMAND being hailed as some kind of supreme being.

What do you call a British judge? No not that!
